Kerry Caloyannidis, Director & Cafe Consultant – Kerry most recently owned and operated Browns Siding Cafe in the Blue Mountains which at the time was the only Mountains cafe to make it into the Good Food Guide. Prior to that she was the Founder & CEO of Whisk & Pin, a multi million dollar business with handmade muesli and cookie business.

Carina Carvalho, Bookkeeping and Customer Service Manager – Carina formerly ran a cafe franchise of Cake It Away so she knows what it takes to operate a successful cafe with the right systems, metrics, etc.
